Nupuram Arangettam at Ollur Church

"NUPURAM" arangettam of Dance is the new buzz in Ollur Church these days. Oct 14th Sunday, 2012 will be the first of its kind in the history of Catholic Churches of Kerala, students of Dance will get a stage to perform their "Arangettam" and dedicate their Artistic Talent to the Patron saint of Ollur. Till now Catholic students are performing their Arangettam at Guruvayur or elsewhere and the Church saw a nice opportunity to exploit the situation. We have to see how this will progress in the coming years. Parents are spending lot of money to teach their children Dance and Music and will not hesitate to shell out thousands of rupees to get their child in the Limelight.
